Changed the policy on a lot things, they give less money than before, and workers will mess up your equipment if they don’t know how to use it or are in a rush. I had a young kid who kept hard resetting my laptop and it worked perfectly fine with great load up speed before he touched it. Now it runs like a 30 year old computer and I may have to factory reset it and loss all my music files
Little blonde girl needs better customer service, ignored us for like ten minutes and then when she did bother to help had a problem with me for no reason at all, I paid and she leaves to get my item and just leave my stuff all over the counter without bothering handing it back to me. I had to read reach over the counter just to grab it because she was ready to walk out the door with my stuff. 🤦♀️

The young lady with pepperoni face and glasses told me my $600 edger was only worth $25 dollars with out even looking it up then I went to ez pawn down the street and they gave me $200 ig she thought I was a crack head and didn’t realize I was a business owner very disappointed with the quality of there staff do better guys
Would go negative stars. Guy banned me for not making up for his mistake, then blamed it on me, locked me in the store, and tried holding on to my property when I didn’t like the price he gave me. So if you do go here and see a 5 oz bar of silver for $470 that was me. Never go here!!!
