Just went to get a ring appraised they were nice and helpful on the phone trying get me here cause i was lost only fall back was google needs an update on location i was looking for this place for a good 30min 😅 …
Terrible customer service… Disrespectful and rude employees. Dull atmosphere and Uninviting environment. There is a way to refuse purchasing an item without snatching it from a customer, and then throwing it back into the box making rude remarks. You can politely let someone know that you’re not interested without all of the negative energy and uptight, bad attitude.
Bitter and Disgruntle should be the sign on the front of the building… The employees here are too old not to know how to practice basic common courtesy towards people. We will never return to this establishment, nor recommend this place to anyone. SAD.
They were polite and help me determine if my jewelry was worth anything. They provided a simple selling process as well.
