10/10 I just want to say that Rachel Poole was the absolute BEST in customer service. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions. If you go into this store and want to buy, sell or pawn ANYTHING- ask for Rachel Poole. You won’t regret it.

This is such an awesome business! I will definitely be back. I had such a sweet young lady named Rachel help me when I went in, she was the absolutely nicest employee i have ever encountered at any place of business ever. She knew exactly where to find everything and was very fair in pricing. I really recommend this pawn shop.
Transmission going out on my POS Chevrolet Impala and it stalls out as I pull into the parking lot to get my jack out of pawn so I walk into the store with a sour look on my face and am immediately greeted by Aaron who says “hello, how are you?” as he walks by to assist a pending customer so I check out some televisions and using his ninja-like speed, Austin appears faster than Goku using instant transmission and helps me with purchasing the television and then assists me checking out the bicycles even going so far as to explain why one’s price was marked as low as it was (back tire was blown out, I didn’t even notice). Meanwhile, Anthony was retrieving my car jack from the back and was so kind as to even put it in the trunk of my car (despite me being built like Dwayne The Rock Johnson). Aaron, Austin, and Anthony helped me after my car broke down, AAA is a fitting name for the trio. I will be back and highly recommend them. Rachel and Dinora that work there are knowledgable and helpful as well, very nice staff and crew.
