Joey Graham and Graham Brothers Jewelers are absolutely the best! After a horrible experience at another jeweler in Amarillo Joey and the Graham Brothers team went above and beyond to take care of us. Joey is very helpful, always willing to help, and goes above and beyond to take care of his clients! I have had to bother him a few times to resize our wedding rings and he is always happy to help (even with me apologizing all the time Joey is always happy to help and says that his job is to take care of us and make sure we are fully happy with our jewelry!) My family and I will not be using any other jewelers besides Graham Brothers from now on. Even with us living in Dallas! 10/10 recommend Graham Brothers for ALL your jewelry needs!
I’m from out of down, in Amarillo for work for one night. I got to my hotel and my watch band broke (pin broke) while unpacking, I love this watch, have to have it. Googled for watch repairs and Graham Brothers came up. I called and they politely said they don’t know if they have the pin for the band but would love to try to help. I went to Graham Brothers right away, walked in and was immediately helped and they had the pin, in and out in 5 minutes!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!
I loved working with Graham Brothers Jewelers. They resized my engagement ring in less than a day. Their quality of work is amazing. Perry is very professional and has wonderful costumer service and went above and beyond to help me and my fiancé. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs!!!
I needed a ring sized up in a hurry but they had a better solution. I had a temporary adjuster put on so I could wear my ring on a different finger. Then get it resized at a later date. I’m very happy with the results!
There are not enough good things to say about Graham Brothers. I had an incident where my ring had been rang over and was completely bent. Not only did they get it back to perfect shape, but they got it back to me super quickly. I found them by Google, and I would work with them on any of my jewelry!
