Horrible Customer Service. They gave me an appointment for a certain date and time to open a new account and when I went in there during my appointment time, they said that the person whom I had an appointment with is on vacation and they cannot help me. I had to go online and book another appointment two weeks later.
From my conversations with the manager of this branch(Name: Eric), he seems to be least interested in neither helping out the customers or the bank.
They don’t bother to help their customers even if they are on the wrong side. I would recommend people to choose BOFA or any other bank for new accounts and choose a different branch if you are an existing chase customer.
Never answered the phone never had the option to get a hold of anyone on the phone when you go there with an appointment the people don’t be on time for the appointment everyone’s running late. This is a very, very terrible terrible business.

The atm here took my money and they refuse to send me a refund. First they said 1-2 business days and now they are saying they have to investigate further and god knows how long that will take , my only option is to contact the police or a lawyer now. I am without cash since the past few days. Nobody is helping me neither the claims department neither this bank next to the atm. I spoke to a representative at this bank yesterday and he said the branch manager will call me back and I have been trying to call them since no reply. He also laughed at me when I said I would go to the police. They never answer the phone and it is very disappointing. I don’t know where else to look for help now
You can never get an advisor on the phone. If you go in person you have to make an appointment for the next day. The app now makes you buy a new phone that runs the OS 9 on it. So now you have to spend another 600-1100$ on a new phone just to use an app.
They don’t help of you have (chase)credit card issues. Everything is 3rd party now days.
They just lost a customer.
I would suggest everyone put there money into a credit union.
