It’s a real shame so many people rely on this bank out of necessity, convenience of proximity and probably not knowing there are better branches just a drive away. (Go to the one near Bowen & Park Row)
Branch Manager Rey Zavala is either suffering from burnout or simply was not trained in better serving customers or has no desire to be better.
Regardless- I’ve closed any BOA accounts due to their “policies.” I withdrew money from ATM (paying a $4 fee for “convenience”) and received a $20 bill missing 1/2 of the bill. Due to not being a BOA customer- they would not replace the bill for me. I was told to go to my bank to exchange. How ridiculous is this? Waited in line for 20 mins. just to be told I’m not a customer- can’t help you.
