A really outstanding bank to do business with. Branch Manager Megan Arendall is Arlington’s MVP of financial institutions. You must go check them out; located right across from A.T. & T. stadium on North Collins street.
Only thing I like more than getting a handful of cash is the ladies that I get it from what a great great Bank and great staff

Worst bank ever. No communication with its customers. If you sign up for overdraft protection, they wont honor it… Called and spoke to a lady about maybe having a couple of my NSF fees reversed…no call back, no email, no response what so ever….there is only ONE lady that can help with my account I’m a single dad and sometimes things are hard. One time I had $27 in my account and went to Kroger and bought $50 worth of groceries….. declined I’ve deposited over $7000 in 3 months Had $ 200 in my account, forgot about a payment arrangement with ATT and of course they rejected it and $35. Why not clear it and still charge me the $35 So then I had to pay ATT 30 for their fee. I completely understand that it’s my fault, but theres no leigh way with them. Only used them cause they were convenient to where I live, but I learned my lesson Will be taking my business elsewhere. Wouldve given 0 stars if I could’ve
