5 Reviews on “PNC Bank”
Horrible place of business. The new teller “Zamura” refused services to me and accused me of not having an account here when I have had one here almost 20 years. There are way better banking options than this branch or even company. Taking my business elsewhere.
I had such a great experience here with the Branch Manager, Rahim Khimani and the two bank tellers Bailey and Julissa. As soon as I walked in the Branch Manager allowed me to sit as his desk and he helped me with what I needed. Bailey also went above and beyond by printing out a form for me, saving me a trip to FedEx. God bless you all and thank you.
Please teach drive thru personnel about electronic checks such as Comdata Comchecks and EFS checks .
Spent a long time waiting in drive thru today because attendant believed she should verify them after we had already verified them with a valid authorization number.
Asked for deposit back and went to Collins BBVA branch for a quick deposit with zero issues .
Disappointed in Abrams BBVA.
Staff used to be insanely pushy about selling services. The new staff that was put in about a year ago or so has dramatically increased the quality of the service. Yes, they will still try to get you to open an account, etc (they wouldn’t be doing a good job if they didn’t), but they won’t ask you 5 times, every single time you go there anymore.
The epitome of a failed establishment this bank is the most unprofessional unorganized and simply complicated bank you could ever bank with. The entire customer service dept is usually clueless there is no diversity within the employment here and it’s sad that they are still in business
