I have been a customer at Regions since 2013 it is the best bank I have ever dealt with. I have had accounts with all the big banks and even community banks. I recently needed to secure my accounts because my personal info got hacked thanks to Shelly Staats SeniorRelationship Banker accounts were secured I will only deal with Shelly as long as I can. Super person very knowledgeable on banking saving and investments!
Jesus and Shelly are amazing! This is long overdue! I had opened in account about a year ago at the Keller location and when I say they left such a bad taste in my mouth, I ended up closing my account with them. Some months later I went to the Arlington to location! I was treated so well by Jesus and Shelly that I ended up reopening the account. Thank you Jesus and Shelly!
This has been one of my main accounts for a while, and they are playing too many games behind people’s banking history and credibility. Since 2021 they have all of these extra fees and are now doing this transaction rearrangement scheme in your account that make it difficult to maintain good standing. They just lost a 6 year customer!
This has been the worst banking experience I’ve had in my life! They are holding my own money hostage and the contact center is no help at all! I have to pay a bill ASAP and no one cares at all! I will be closing this account soon! This bank is still running on ancient times! Get with the program! Navy Federal would never!

Still the worst bank ever! Fraud happened on my account and they are telling me it takes 10 to investigate and back office has to decide if I can get a “credit” while waiting!

Still the worst bank ever! Deposited a check on Saturday the teller advised the funds would be available Monday! STILL PENDING! This bank is old as the medieval times with their processes! Regions needs to step it up 10 notches!
