All of these months they had me paying for something on layaway only to tell me i couldn’t receive it on the day I come to get it out. Then, they didn’t even give me half of my money back.
I brought a couple of tool items in and there was a young lady at the counter that was asking how much was I looking for and I told her the amount,the man next to her which I assume was the manager cut her off and said we don’t give that …
I ended up getting way more than what I was expecting. The staff were willing to work with me and give me a fair price. I also appreciate them for being polite and respectful. I definitely recommend this location.
I mean it’s a pawn shop I’m surprised I’m giving them a four, the real reason I’m doing that is because over at the store on Center, the girl with the weird colored hair always takes very good care of me. She probably doesn’t play on my team, but she’s very nice and helpful.
If I could give them zero stars I would I brought a tv from them they cut the tv on with they antenna cable I get home the tv want connect to nothing but that to be a smart tv so I called them and told them and ask if I could return the tv and get another that work to the internet they told me no so they will never will get my business again so make sure if you buy a tv make them do everything to the tv before you leave cause they don’t care just want it out they store
