Last Wednesday I took a half gallon bag of quarters and a quart bag of dimes into the south Cooper location to exchange for cash. While standing in line I was approached by a lady and ask if I had a business account. I replied no and ask why. She told me that unless I had a business account they wouldn’t except my change unless it was rolled. I told the lady If I was to bring in $300 in one dollar bills. I wouldn’t need to have it in bands. They would run it through their bill counting machine. She offered to help roll it. At this point I refused and pulled all my money out of this bank except a few hundred dollars. I will be closing my account soon. Coins are a form of currency and they should have a coin counting machine.
