Demetra is always so pleasant, professional and efficient! I only have glowing things to say about this branch!
Door is locked when I get there. Have to ring a bell. Dude opening the door looks me up and down as I walk in. I have to sit and wait 10 minutes while no one is in the building. Lady has to call to make sure she can even give me a card replacement for my expired card. I was told by the call center I could get my expired card replacement same day here, system was down so it isn’t even fully processed as I leave and I could only get it through the mail. Gonna take a week. Feels unorganized and I left frustrated.
