I have work for Cash America before and I’ve been going to this pawnshop for years to Pawn stuff sell stuff and this is by far my worst experience ever had. I called to get a quote on some video games so I wouldn’t waste my time driving over there especially with all the construction going on I was given a fair price .when I got there the manager assisted me Alex and gave me very low prices on games off their retail price not used . They sell used for a good amount. I’ve compared the pre-own prices from game stop that considered used from $30-$45 and he was offering me $10 when I was given a $15 quote over the phone .I had to pick up my son by 12:15 from summer school and due to traffic I didn’t leave till like 12:15 for the pawn shop . It’s very bad customer service to try to lowball somebody when they know what the youth prices and what you can sell them at these prices especially popular games. Never again will I go that store it us to be my favorite store due to the other employees that work there but after this that experience with manager never again will I go.
I will never get anything else from this location. $500 wasted they don’t call you to remind you of layway payments. Then call you a month later to tell you your items have been pulled. Who does that bad customer service.
These guys are awesome. They always have the best deals and willing to work with your situation. I’ve been coming here for years and the new management has only made it better. The black bald guy is my fav!!
Today I was treated like a thief. I have been a loyal customer for about 7 years but not after today. The manager and one employee did everything they could to prevent my loan. Corprate should check in on idiots like those. Really bad customer service.
Was always greated with the up most customer service up until today. A woman working there was absolutely rude. Great past childhood memories, never coming back here again! Was going to purchase before receiving that treatment, but decided to leave.
