Was always greated with the up most customer service up until today. A woman working there was absolutely rude. Great past childhood memories, never coming back here again! Was going to purchase before receiving that treatment, but decided to leave.
I have work for Cash America before and I’ve been going to this pawnshop for years to Pawn stuff sell stuff and this is by far my worst experience ever had. I called to get a quote on some video games so I wouldn’t waste my time driving …
I will never get anything else from this location. $500 wasted they don’t call you to remind you of layway payments. Then call you a month later to tell you your items have been pulled. Who does that bad customer service.
Today I was treated like a thief. I have been a loyal customer for about 7 years but not after today. The manager and one employee did everything they could to prevent my loan. Corprate should check in on idiots like those. Really bad customer service.
