The slowest customer service anywhere. I waited 10 minutes after sending my stuff in the drive thru just to be acknowledged! Now, it’s been another 8 minutes and they haven’t said one word to me since. Seriously? 18 minutes AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE and still nothing? As the owner of a service-based business, it is my opinion that everyone needs to be fired and start fresh. This staff is awful.
Edit: it ended up being 24 minutes from the time I got to the front of the line until they finally sent my stuff out to me. Meanwhile, 3 other cars came and went.
