I had David today and he wasn’t attending to my needs to try and get me this car. He took calls while we were supposed to be discussing paperwork. Then since he was taking long I had to leave and come back. I called and told him can we finish the rest of the Paperwork. So my ride drives back from North Dallas to Arlington and half way of us getting there. Somebody else calls and says David is out the office so come back Monday. Why would you tell me come if you were gonna leave. Wasted gas and time now I don’t get the car now I’m back on the bus. And this my only day off until next Friday. This isn’t right your company needs to fix this or do more training.
You send your payments in the office, they say they didn’t receive it. You pay over phone and they say they’ll void your check when they get it. They didn’t. They cashed the original payment causing me overdraft fees. I’m paying my loan off immediately and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
