I came here a few weeks ago and was helped by Regina. She was patient, explained everything throughly, and was overall a great help:) really nice experience that put me at ease
I like the credit union but they are grossly behind on technology. It’s no excuse to still have a system from 1995 in this day and age. They don’t have cash deposit at the ATM, the app is pretty much useless unless you need to check your balance or make a transfer from one of your accounts, the lobby wait time is insane I don’t bother going in anymore. Drive through is just as worse. They have potential but as of now it’s lacking the minimal basics. I’m seriously considering switching to another bank based on the lack of technology alone. Get it together texas trust!
Technology is just far behind no way to deposit at atm. I cannot tap to pay with my card, you cannot transfer money from another bank when using the app. Service is slow. And this branch isn’t even open on Saturday. I went to cash my home escrow refund and a young lady asked me was i expecting the check because it was from an out of state bank. Not really sure what she meant by that almost like I was trying to scam them then I was told it would be a 7 day hold whether I cashed it or deposited it. I went to another bank I use to deposit it and my funds were available the next business day.
