Flat refused to provide me paper copies of information about their checking and savings accounts, stating they didn’t have any. Banks are required by law to provide paper copies of any information regarding their products and services and this business denies even the ability to do so.

How this bank has managed to achieve a 3.3 star rating is beyond my comprehension. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE if you need to speak with a local banker. When you call the toll free number they act like they have much better things to do than help their customers. I have been banking here for a little over a year and I will be changing banks. Wells Fargo seems to forget that it’s MY money, not theirs. I can take it out of their bank just as quickly as I put it in. Absolutely the worst service EVER!

I hate this location. The ATMs are ALWAYS down. Never have enough staff so the lines are incredibly long and take forever. I hate that this is the closest location to me. You’d think with all the money Wells Fargo makes they could afford some newer atms that would work.
