The store was busy, but Joanna and Mr. Jones gave me their undivided attention. I especially appreciate Mr. Jones’ integrity making certain I absolutely wanted to sell a piece of what could’ve been heirloom jewelry. They saved me time and paid what I expected selling my stuff for on line.
I found two Dooney and Bourke purses and got an amazing deal! The manager is the most wonderful, nicest, hospitable person. I definitely recommend this place for its customer service and great deals!

Everyone in the store is nice. Angel is the best of all he is always smiling and trying to help when in the situation to need a lone. This is the only Pawn I will deal with. They always help me out.
They are racist. First red flag, walked in ALL 3 workers saw me and NOT one of them spoke I had to literally go greet them. But before I came I called about a tablet and was given an estimate( something they said they don’t do) Was told on the phone $150-$200. Keeping that it’s just an estimate in mind, I get there and give them the tablet she looks it up and says it’s only going for $100-$160 online. I have the IPad 9th gen … lowest price I could find was almost $500 online and that was at target.While talking to her some other African American guys are in there looking and asking questions. I decline the sorry $100 offer because I knew she was LYING then while I’m getting in my car I over hear the other two customers say how they were trying to over charge them on the items they were looking at and they had just asked and was told a lower price. No clue how they have so many stars but never again will I be back.
