This branch was so awesome. I lost my grandma and I went in to handle business and I was a wreck they embraced me, walked me through everything every step of the way! They were so patient, loving, and helpful. Lolita, Tammy, and Gabby I will always remember and love you ladies for loving on me when I needed it the most!!!! Thank you for not letting your work affect your faith because you prayed and loved on me despite what it could mean for your job!!!
This took longer than normal because since I have lost so much to scammers and thieves, authorities had to be checked. All Julia and I could do was wait. It was fantastic having REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Promote her as soon as possible but make sure she will be interacting with people! We need more like her. Her co,-worker was very sweet and personable too. Glad I came here.
