The wait time was acceptable for a holiday weekend but the service provided by Toni was great. She was very professional, friendly, and personable. Toni kept me informed about each entry and step. Her explanations about the financial steps I was preparing for was more than I’ve received in earlier situations such as figuring the length of time, interest rates, etc. She was an excellent EECU financial assistant.
