Came to Kroger today, was going to use this Bank to cash a check.. after meeting Katie, I asked about opening an account. She was so warm, sweet and kind it made me want to open an account just based on this encounter. We had nice conversation, she opened me an account within 15 minutes, a perfect way to start my New Year. I had my 4 month old daughter with me & as we were checking out I wanted to buy her toy but couldn’t find anything that peeked interest 😂 here comes this angel Katie, with a Stitch toy left over from Christmas. Saige was so happy when she seen it, it brought me to tears on our little walk home. Just such a warm kind gesture after a hard year. Thank you Katie ♥️ not only for your professionalism but for your kindness. This mama needed it 🥹
I closed my account out a couple months Ago….
Ever since I found out Fernando Left the company I closed out my account, he had wonderful customer service and always had a smile on his face. When he left I still banked there for awhile longer but the service I got from the staff was nothing compared to how Fernando Treated me. I would always deposit my check and The staff was very rude the managers didn’t really take their jobs seriously and when I asked for my check to be available the same day it wouldn’t be available so I would always have to call or sometimes I would have to wait the next day. So ever since then I closed my account and never did business with them. If they hired Fernando back I would gladly re-open my account.
I have been with this company for 6 years. Lately I noticed that some streaming services were over charging me. I had 496.00 in over draft charges. Explained to them what issues were I spoke with different people that said they would eliminate so of the over draft charges . They refused so I am leaving. It’s up to bank to make these adjustments they refused. I need a bank that has compassion with their customers especially the elderly. So good buy first national bank of Texas and you denied me car loan . You

Literally only go here because it’s close to me. The staff is terrible it. It always and I mean always takes forever to get anything done here. I always go in doing something simple such as a deposit, or money order (nothing complicated).I have begun using other banks instead of this bank but sometimes still decide to use them hoping it has changed.Sometimes its pay day so everyone is cashing checks. Sometimes it seems they have sent everyone on break at the same time and the get a rush and are understaffed. The manager and assistant manager work hard to make themselves look busy while usually doing nothing. Everyone acts like it’s a inconvenience to help a customer like it’s not their job. I more often then not have bad experiences with this branch no matter how positive I try to be.
Tellers are always friendly. Get what you need done quiccly. My son received a scooter from them at Christmas time too.
