As a new comer, I had a hard time locating this office and would suggest that the name online include Atascosa, TX 78002 in order to enter GPS on phone to find it. Otherwise, the personal, professional, friendly service is great! Thank you very much.
I wanted to update my review and thank Mr. TERRENCE for calling me at 5:50 am to notify me that my live animals are ready for pick up. I called the day before and wasn’t sure if I was going to get a call because the temp. Worker sounded unsure of what she’s doing. I’ve been to this post office a few times and have always received friendly service from Mr. Terrence. He is easy to talk to and very helpful. Thank you!!
Just had the best experience at this Post Office. Gentleman was very kind to notice that I did not close some of my Christmas cards. By some I mean all LOL. He began to tape each and every one of them.with no hesitation. and a smile on his face. He began to make this holiday season even easier for me. Thank you…..You’re kindness

Thank you MARK for your excellent customer service! Mark answered the phone when I was worried about the delivery of my live animal and once he realized how fragile the situation was, he took down my number and told me he will contact me as soon as they arrive. He kept his word! and messaged me at 6am the very next day and told me I can pick up my babies anytime. Thank you so much for your kindness Mark. I can sleep better now knowing my animals are safe.
