0 ZERO is what I would like to give them.. I can not imagine someone having access to my account number when they cant fix a phone number.
We have been asking them for almost 2 years to change the number on here. We have people rattle their social number to us, account numbers and DOB, I can’t understand how the customers can feel safe with this bank knowing they can’t even get the number number correct on google. one of the easiest website to edit and adjust if they wanted to..
5 -27-15… I went in today… I am waiting.. No one in front of me…. But the two people at each teller… A guy walks in.. And I hear the teller in the drive through tell him HELLO.. I think to my self.. Where was my HELLO.. The acknowledge of me being there… NONE at all…. First teller to the back parking lot… I had quarters… The teller tells me she can not count my quarters… Because there are only two people and she cant leave the front because they were busy.. I look around.. I see no one in line.. Like really… This was maybe around 3:30 p.m… She says I would have to leave the quarters and they would count them later… I have never done that before in all my banking years.. Sorry I don’t trust anyone let alone the corrupt banking systems… I ask the teller if she could get a supervisor and do it then… She got the most horrible ugly attitude look on her face.. So I called her out.. And said are you kidding me… Seriously are you getting an attitude…. She says I am now… She goes and gets someone.. The other lady said something.. I was not even listening nor at that point did I care.. I was shaking in frustration.. She grabs the quarters and I said that wasn’t hard… And they took them back there to count them in a machine… I had weigh counted it with a Commerical counter at my shop several times.. She comes back with $8 dollars short… Yes those type of coin machines can count wrong that is why I weigh count them… I didn’t say anything… Nor was I going to ask her to go recount… I just took the $8 dollar loss… I didn’t want confrontation… I just want to bank.. And be treated like anyone else… My opinion… The ladys at this bank are very stuck up and snooty.. Its quite disappointing… I had previously closed with them because of this.. But then told my self let me give them another chance.. Because of the location and convince it would have been.. So I did… That was a big big mistake.. Makes me not want to even go in there… The vibe is horrible… There is always different tellers.. But the one I went to.. She is the only same teller I have ever seen… Even in the drive through teller… It really sucks… I went and talked to the lady that opened my account… She tried to make the excuse of it being the day after memorial day… If I treated my customers like that.. They wouldn’t come back.. I don’t care how bad my day is… Or how busy I am.. I don’t take it out on my customers.. Never have I had a problem with a bank.. EVER… But this one… So sad… Jesus… I pray for these people.. Help them to humble them selves…. #ThankYouJesus…
It is a sad bank. When their own customer wrote you a check to pay for something and you go to that bank and they charge you to cash a check their customer wrote.
The most convenient bank I have ever used. The employees are very friendly and accommodating.
The Storage Facility that I manage uses this bank! They are the sweetest! After going thru the drive thru a month or two the teller finally ask my name! Now she always ask me how my day or weekend was by my first name! It makes me feel special! Just small town respect!
