Great to work with! We bank with the Burnet Rd location. Susana and the team always willing to help us out whether with deposits or getting our accounts set up. Their options for businesses are also plentiful and are convenient to speak with an actual person. Highly recommend for businesses and locals in the Area!

This bank truly means it when they say they have their customers (and non-customers!) concerns front and center. During the weeks following the federal government’s small business Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) initial roll-out I found it really tough to find a bank to service my application. They put me on a wait list and once they serviced their banking customers they called and got my application started, even though the program had not made the needed funds available to them yet. They gave me prompt and compassionate service, returning or taking my calls the same day, and answering all of my questions with patience, professionalism and friendliness. I’m very grateful to have found them, and when they open a branch near me, I’ll likely become a customer. They provided great service, and this branch is staffed with really nice people. Kudos to you for staying late and working overtime to get your long cue of applications processed quickly during a difficult time. Thanks so much to Megan and Tommy for the kind and personal attention. I’ve never received such amazing service from a bank. Brava!
This is a people friendly bank of yesteryear! No big business stamping you with a number. They KNOW WHO YOU ARE! I opened an account., 4weeks later, I walked back into the bank, my banker, Christopher Knew me by my name! U will swear you are living in the 50’s with the customer service you receive upon walking in. You will know you’ve made the correct decision to do your banking here. Christopher, at the Burnett location, is about as nice and genuine as a person/banker gets! Go see him and tell him Elizabeth sent ya! U will be glad you did, and so will he, and you will know he appreciates you!
