Citizens is truly a great bank, best customer service experience of any bank in Austin. If you are looking for the best customer service experience look no further. We have been in business for over 36 years and we have lots of experiences with banks and love working with Citizens.
Citizens National Bank has all of the advantages of a good old fashioned home-town bank in the 21st century. Their service proposition is the best of any bank with whom we’ve worked on Commercial Lending. The people at the bank know you, they are proactive and they are responsible. This goes for the loan officer who takes take of us, Jeff Baker, as well as other bank staff such as Shannon Selph and Anna Guttieriez. To a person, they go the extra mile and meet you with a smile on their face. Their deposit rates are fair to the customer. Their commercial loan rates have been very competitive. This relationship has been key to the successes that we have enjoyed in our commercial real estate endeavors.
Donna Reynolds has helped me transition with banking for the last two years since a close member of my family’s death. She and her staff have always been super helpful, compassionate, and always have gone beyond the call of duty. The small town customer service shines through at this bank in Coupland, Texas.
Because of logistics, Susan Tressler and Jonathon Kamenicky at the Pflugerville branch have also gone beyond the call of duty as well. Pflugerville bank rocks, too. My business continues with Citizen’s because of the people and products I’ve mentioned above. Respect, kindness, and charm continue to be in order at both of these banks. We were on a crunched timeline and were referred to Citizens National Bank in Cedar Park and Jeff Baker on a commercial loan.
