I love my credit union. Been traveling all over for a year and they were super helpful in maintaining my account and any issues that came up. Everyone is always so friendly and happy. They get busy but are always efficient so it’s a quick process to get in and out. Become a member and never look back.
If I could give negative stars I would. Worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Had a loan with this company and paid it off in full only to have them keep pulling money from my account. Went into a branch in person to close out all my accounts so I have nothing with them and they still pulled money from my account. Put a stop payment with my other financial institution only to have them pull money again. Come to find out that they suspiciously changed the way they were pulling money so that they could initiate another transaction illegally. I was told that this could only be done by a person and would never happen automatically. My other financial institution told me they violated several laws and that they were going to report them and that I should contact an attorney. Which I have! Do yourself a favor and do business with someone else.
I’ve had a great experience with Velocity! They were really understanding when I was going through health issues and got confused on some payments due to the meds I was on.
I went into this location and Fran was incredibly patient, kind and helpful. Fran is the best!
These 2 employees should be singled out for outstanding service. Melissa and Clarissa actively ensured that I made the best decisions when opening my account. Their knowledge as well as kindness will always stay with me. They are truly an asset to Velocity!
We opened a savings and checking account for my 16 year old son today and Fran provided outstanding service! She shared great financial advice and some fun antidotes about life lessons around money matters. She should teach a class on budgeting and financial planning. I would definitely send my son…I would benefit too! Thank you for your help today! I am always pleased with Velocity and the customer focused services.
