Avoid this bank at all cost. Dealing with them was the most frustrating process that ended up with us getting significantly less money solely because of their overwhelming ineptitude. Never again.
Every interaction (4+) I’ve had at this location has been dissatisfactory. Tellers are frequently unable to answer basic questions about their service offerings, struggle to follow customer
requests, and on multiple occasions, tellers have nearly completed a transaction in another customer’s account because they weren’t paying close enough attention. Leadership and training clearly lacking. If you’re already a member, visit the Bee Cave location instead. If you’re not, choose another option altogether.
I can go get a haircut, I can go have a meal at a restaurant,I can go to a ballpark, But for some reason they’re afraid to open their doors at this Bank. I don’t even think that that’s federally legal.
The bank, deals with cash, the dirtiest thing in our society. But they’re afraid to do banking in person as they are legally required to. I wonder how long until they’re afraid to handle a $20 bill……
Not that I would bank here to begin with but they have a towing company tow cars after they close, that park in their reserved spots for some pathetic reason. ..which only reinforces why I wouldn’t bank with this company. I just watched a sweet old lady with a cane have to take a taxi to find her car at a tow yard for parking in front of this bank when they weren’t even open. Sleep well bb&t management.
The tellers speak Spanish to each other during a transaction, highly highly unprofessional. Do business elsewhere.
