Brought in some damaged bills and they would only replace $20 without being able to prove an account there. Took longer to say no than to just perform the service. Very unlikely to do business with Wells Fargo in the future if this is going to be the way they treat prospective customers.
Even her all appointments were booked, but she still helped me out!

I have been banking here for about 9 years and I have always been treated with a professional and friendly attitude from all who work there. Whenever I’ve had a question about my account the agents were always more than happy to assist me and resolve any issues. I have never had to wait very long when going through the drive through or the inside tellers and overall I am quite happy with this bank and hope to be so for a long time.
My uncle went to this location today. The ‘manager’ greeted him and began helping him. After she sat me down on her office she walked off to go help translate for another customer that was behind my uncle in line. My uncle asked her to finish helping him first as they were almost done with what he came in for (not to mention he was mid sentence when she walked off). She abruptly told him ‘you can cancel Bill Pay online, you don’t have to come in person to do this, or we have other locations you can go to if you don’t want to wait, because it is my job to translate for our employees that aren’t bilingual.’ My uncle waited another 5 or 6 minutes before she came back and completed the transaction (which took less than a minute) and handed him the receipt, did not say thank you, did not say anything! If he knew how to do it online then he would have, that is the exact reason he made a trip to the bank to help him!
Quite honestly the worst banking experience that I have ever had. Switching banks soon.
The reasons I would suggest finding a different bank:
– You have to get permission from the bank to use your card if you are travelling by filling out a “travel plan”. If you dont and attempt to use your card while travelling it will be declined until you call them and get permission.
– Card declines happy very frequently with my account and I have to call them several times a month when I attempt to make a purchase.
I travel extensively throughout the US and internationally.
If you are a working professional that travels find a different bank, you will find their policies antagonistic and time wasting when you try to use your money.
