Juan Calderon was really great to work with. I was on a time crunch and he worked fast to help set up my son’s account. I may have been a little impatient but he was still very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend him for anything you need.
I do suggest to PNC themselves to maybe rotate your local branch location Saturday hours so more people have access to bank with you as M-F 9-4 is when teens are in school and most people are working too.
Terrible. They have lied to me for the last two weeks saying they are processing my request. I’ve spent hours on the phone, they are holding up my business by failing to close an account that has never been used. Should be ashamed.
We’re better off with credit unions and crypto. The banking fees and rates are ridiculous.
