Customer service was “okay.” I was on a rush and needed some change so I could be on my way with my busy schedule. I was agitated when the teller (a young woman), a young man who sat beside her (possibly a trainee) and a woman who was the customer, were chatting it up. They saw me and we made eye contact but they talked about life and were catching up for a while. I want to say 5 minutes of which felt like forever. I understand some transactions take awhile and I’m okay with that, but if they’re just chatting about non business… I think it is very unprofessional. The customer could have stepped aside and waited until my business was finished and they could have continued their conversation since it was just the two of us customers in the lobby. Anyway, the teller was nice- greeted me and got my transaction completed promptly.
Horrible service that was rude and disrespectful. Avoid Laura Bleakley. She should not be allowed to deal with customers.
I was forced to take an Uber to another branch due to her incompetence and lack of service.
The people who smoke cigarettes in this building are the worst! They sit outside the building, smoke, and then just toss their cigarette buds onto the street. The worst thing about it is that there is a drainage hole next to where they toss their cigarette buds. All that trash ends up draining into our precious river just a couple blocks away! This is a horrible sight to see! Please solve this is as quickly as possible. The turtles and salamanders would be very grateful.
This is my main branch location, and only have positive things to say about Wells Fargo, specifically this location. But the particular reason why I am so pleased with this WF is because of Tiva Lewis’ service. She absolutely went out of her way to handle something for me that was very important for me, and time sensitive. I’ve never had a banker do such for me, and I am so incredibly grateful for Tiva’s help and support when I needed it! Forever a Wells Fargo customer here!
This Wells Fargo branch is so friendly and helpful. The second you walk in the door you’re greeted by at least 2 associates with a smile on. They also usually have fresh popcorn waiting for anyone for free YUM!
