Chase Bank is always a good experience. I don’t bank here but, my neighbor/friend does. I drive, she gives me gas money. 😀
Left the branch dissatisfied with the older lady with a thick accent. Felt like she was judging my appearance, little does she know I have my own insulation business. She did not take my electronic check with eCheck due to a fake policy she invented right then and there. I told her I’ve never had any issues with any other branches taking my electronic checks and I asked her to review my account and she didn’t even bother. I asked for manager, and whoever they are didn’t even bother telling me straight in my face they couldn’t accept electronic check they just relayed msg to her to make me look like an idiot in front of everyone. I will never ever return to this branch ever again. Shame on you guys! Just FYI Chase on 5th street took my electronic check that I emailed to them, they took the kindness to print and deposit. Now that’s what you call real customer service, learn from them 7th street branch. James Le on 5th street branch sets a perfect example of a competent and true leader. I love banking with chase but I highly dislike 7th street tellers & managers.

George Hernandez. I showed up late with an issue I thought could be handled quickly. It needed more time and he stayed after hours to help me. He was such a blessing and really helped me with my issue, amazingly and willingly.
Rude tellers. No restroom for clients; I had to wait for my Uber 10 minutes after I made my commercial deposit and had to hold my urine because “they don’t have a restroom? Chase charges plenty of fees but their employees won’t let customers use a restroom. I hope those tellers have problems with their bladders along with all Chase officials
