Awesome awesome awesome employees!!!!! Always in a good mood, they all brighten my day when I see them. They treat people with love and that’s rare to find. The manager Leticia has a heart of gold and you can tell they all love their jobs. Best pawn shop I’ve ever been to. Very fair on the offers they give and they are all easy to work with and talk to
This place isn’t friendly at all, I have came here on 2 different occasions they don’t have good customer service, the black chick from this morning is so rude , she didn’t even acknowledge me , I had to speak first , you are never to busy to say hello . She definitely can’t Multitask
they could never get my money or service. If she don’t like her job , she really should find a new job. I went down the street, they have good customer service . If I could give her zero stars I would .she needs to do better seriously
Out of all comments first of all speaking on somebody that does the most for anybody and yet you bring her ethnicity into play number one that’s considered as speech hate I hope whoever knows that make this post and this negative comment on this woman you could be sued for that but I’m pretty sure she’s way better than you are as a woman so speaking on this I’m speaking about her her customer service is absolutely great I had no problems no issues she attended to me like a family member even though I’m not a part of her family I just don’t like to see people getting bullied and bashed personally I send people into the store because I know she has awesome customer service skills add another thing I think she and Jesse makes the store a five-star store so I’m not going to rate it due to the other people that work there
RUN DO NOT COME OVER HERE!! 1/10 This place is awful I came two times one at 6pm and another time at 5:45 and both times they said they were closed Didnt acknowledge me at all!! If you are planndkmy to sell your stuff do not come here how are you guys a pawn shop but yet boojie? I am just so frustrated never coming here ever again
