Absolutely worst experience ever full line only one teller I show up 10 minutes before my appointment just to wait another 30 just to close out an account then I wasn’t gonna be given cash just a check that I could “cash at the drive tru” then them tell me I have to come inside. I drove off nobody has the time to wait. Even to set up my appointment it took them forever. Definitely not ever dealing with this location ever again. What kind of branch manager runs this?
Keeps calling me… I don’t even have an account with them… never leave a voice-mail. Don’t answer when I pick up the phone. Finally had to just block the number.
Long waiting time, I spend 50 minutes doing deposits. Drive thru is always closed. They used to be much better.
There are a lot of people in line and only 2 tellers. And Google says it’s less busy than usual. Don’t want to be here when it’s busier than usual.
With only one teller, who is not trained, you can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes to deposit a single check. You also get the pleasure of watching the Manager take somebody from the back of the line get them out the door but make the rest of you wait. What a poorly run branch.
