Beyond unhappy as a Wells Fargo member at this time. So far never had issues until now. I receive my direct deposit bi-weekly on a Thursday. My daily cash withdrawal limit is $1,010 !!!!! And I can’t increase??? My direct deposit is 2x that amount and are the exact amount every two weeks. All purchases on the account are covered and secured. In a nut shell you can’t get your own money???? Spoke with customer service who escalated my call. After explaining what the issue is, she too had to verify what I could withdraw inside the bank with a teller. So a supervisor isn’t trained to know?? This has turned my day upside down and caused such an inconvenience in other areas. I will be Filing a complaint with CFPB.
Also, why does your Research location not have a manager on-site. The teller wasn’t sure of the information she was communicating with me. The impression at this point is, no one knows policies and you can’t have full access to your money. What a great customer experience and please spare the “auto response” I’m sorry. Solutions are what works not acknowledging a customer is frustrated. Yeah…..I know!
I have to get consistently poor service to write a bad review. This branch is no exception to my general experience: unmotivated staff, painfully slow service, and an attitude that suggests a complacency towards individual customers going all the way to the top. They may have stopped the widespread, predatory fraud, but the culture hasn’t changed. And incidentally, I noticed that the last review complained about a long wait time in the drive-thru 5 months ago. I asked the teller today if my 20 plus minute wait with one car ahead of me was typical. She said, yes, this location only has one teller working the drive-thru. Case in point: as apologetic as management pretended to be for last reviewer’s bad experience and in spite of the promise to thoroughly review the situation, nothing has changed. It’s not the teller’s fault: at least she was honest. I’m going to be moving my personal and business accounts to a bank that wants my business. Next time you’re waiting in the drive-thru, at least you’ll have plenty of time to write your own review.
Juan was nice enough to greet me at the door, and proceeded to tell me he has 1 teller, this manager did not get behind the counter, did not give at all a sincere apology, but more of a so sorry…. OR help out his only teller with a good …
This has to be the most poorly managed Wells Fargo branch in the country. GO ELSEWHERE. The manager is not only rude and incompetent, working more slowly than I have ever seen anyone work before, they encourage the same infuriating behavior in employees. I have waited 45 minutes to make a simple deposit in the drive through line on multiple occasions and each time they have been smug and unapologetic. Given the other negative reviews of this branch, it appears that I am not alone.
