Absolutely terrible and disrespectful interaction with Braulio who seemed to be the acting manager. They basically were trying to steal money from me and he wouldn’t communicate his name or info to file a report. Shady behavior and definitely shady actions at this branch. I have had other issues with this bank I’m beginning to believe truist is just another shady bank like most of the others. I will be closing my business accounts as soon as I can after this interaction. This bank is absolutely participating in deceptive trade practices at the very least in currency exchanges. If they don’t exchange currencies properly or fairly I am sure they are participating in other deceptive trade practices.
