Brenda was excellent!! Very nice and she was so very patient. She took care of all my questions unlike the customer service off Ben White.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Brenda A at Woodforest Bank regarding a money order, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service I received. Brenda was not only patient and kind throughout the entire process but also went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. In today’s fast-paced world, finding someone who genuinely takes the time to assist with such care and dedication is rare, and Brenda’s professionalism and courtesy were truly appreciated. Last Monday I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card,had the card locked and went in the next day and got a new one issued. Only to find out the new card issued was cancelled approximately 24 hours later. With money in my account I can’t access and bills try being processed through the new debit card issued cancelled. It’s been a nightmare, totally incompetent people working at that branch. Then only to find out today the cancelled my wife’s debit card on our joint account. What for I have no clue only to be told by customer service that we’ll both have to go in and get new debit cards issued. Somebody there is obviously on drugs or alcohol to make a blunder like this! Now having to go a whole week without being able to access my account or draw money unless I go in the bank is absolutely ridiculous 😡 on there blunder words used without cussing. And our joint account with my fiance her card was cancelled for no reason. Can someone explain to me how such a blunder can be made

I got a new debit card and she helped update my account so it doesn’t charge me an old monthly fee.
They’re in the Walmart, and take cues from there apparently. Line of ten people and one person will be working, taking their sweet time. Two other people doing basically nothing.
