Amazing service, very friendly and attentive. Cari and Elizabeth always go above and beyond, extremely happy with Sunflower Bank.
Elizabeth has been a great support for our business. Always a pleasant experience.
Excellent service every time I come in especially from Elizabeth Nguyen. She makes me feel like I am at a small bank and I get treated with attentive and personal service. Amazing!
Manager Ted is always helpful as well
I have an awful time trying to connect with a person in this bank. I live in north Texas and there is only one branch here, in Richardson, which is over 50 miles from my residence. I took me over an hour to speak to someone
to simply find the address in Austin, which was not the address I needed to
make my monthly payment. Although I have been a customer for many years, they are not willing to negotiate my interest rate or make any changes to my favor. I will not do business with this bank for future purchases.
I live on 37th Street and Pioneer Bank always let us use their parking garage for people coming to visit 37th street lights. They even offered to decorate their garage to contribute to this decades old tradition-one of the oldest in Austin that still happens.
Now that sunflower bank has taken over, no one can use their garage, even considering they’re closed when the lights are on, leaving hundreds of cars to crowd neighborhood streets because of the grinch like selfishness of Sunflower bank. What a colossal waste of space that they could make useful for family’s to use after the business is closed, but they choose not to, so it can remain an empty eyesore brushing our community.
If this small conversation is any hint to how they run their banking, my neighbors are taking our business elsewhere.
Bad neighbors, inconsiderate, do not recommend.
