Disappointed with the service. Tellers are inconsistent. I go to this bank daily and there have been various problems over the last 3 years that I did not experience when banking with Regions or Chase. Unfortunately Frost is the closest and I am unwilling to drive further to bank with someone else. If you don’t mind feeling like just another number, Frost might work for you. I cannot recommended this branch.
I showed up to the drive-through one minute later then they closed, . I should’ve been turned away however Michael helped me through the drive-through without any major hassles. I appreciate that he excepted the paperwork I had, without giving me any attitude. I really needed access to the funds so thank you Michael for helping me out
My company had a five year business loan with this branch and paid it off early (2 years). Also our commercial insurance is with Frost. In an effort to further develop the relationship with the bank and my banker I referred numerous other businesses to this location. On the first day the Payroll Protection Act program opened, I submitted to Frost their loan application package. The bank/banker strung me along for a few days before finally informing me VIA EMAIL to find another bank since the banker didn’t consider me a “current customer”. I would have expected more, given the new customers they gained from my referrals and my demonstration of credit worthiness.
