I am student , I tried to come for three days , but they were not helpful . Just telling me to come tomorrow. They were not helpful . I didn’t liked it . There was not body . All the offices were empty . Didn’t had a good experience.
Wills Fargo has overall lazy service . I would not recommend it .
I opened an account there a few days ago and the service was top notch. Bassel was extremely friendly and helpful.
I suggest avoiding this location if possible.
Stopped in to get a check endorsed at the end of the day. Staff count was 5-6 people. I was the only customer inside. Teller was short with me and gave me the feeling that I was bothering her. She kept advising that I “call the 800 line” instead of putting in any effort herself. If you want to push me 100% online and by phone, why keep the physical branch employed with subpar workers?
Unfortunately the customer service I received by her, the manager and another gentlemen was lackluster. There was one lady that attempted to help but the constant reminders from other staff that I was inconveniencing them by showing up at the end of the day outweighed the goodwill of her attempts.
I suggest avoiding this location if possible.
Unbelievably slow and extremely understaffed. Apparently the “management” are only capable of saying “hello” and “someone will ne with you shortly” to customers that are waiting in line for 20 minutes. Great job!
Very nice and helpful staff, had an easy time making a deposit and getting cash for our business.
