A couple weeks back, I was about to find another place to bank. Then, I spoke with someone who explained my complaints were caused by a 3rd party. Turns out, that’s likely the case..Earlier this week, I literally got robbed at 7-11. They handled canceling my card in like 2 seconds. Today, I discover my wallet is missing..in panic, I show up at 5:15. Doors are locked but I had just sprinted a mile to get there on time (thought it was 530) for some reason. And wouldn’t you know it hey? As much of a jerk as I was a few weeks back and they let me squeeze in. Never had any complaints about the staff…all are excellent
Breathtakingly -and consistently- terrible customer service. This bank has enjoyed balances in 7 figures from my family and their businesses. Customer service must be begged-for, and is handled lackadaisically. I cannot get my corporate 1099, it’s terribly late, I continue to supply documents, they continue to find them unsatisfactory but will not reply in a clear or timely manner.
Serious and repeated account and funds access problems have arisen for several years and their response is consistently unconcerned. Unfortunately, changing banks is extremely impractical in our case.
They purport to have “relationships” with other credit unions. My husband and I needed to buy a car in another state and needed cash. These country-wide relationships are far more tenuous than represented. Don’t assume you’ll be able to get funds out of state or that anyone at this bank will find it concerning if you can’t access your funds for extended periods of time.
When my husband passed away they were *extremely* insensitive with me as I endeavored to address banking matters.
Even just one of these complaints is unacceptable. My advice: don’t even start here.
EDIT: Re the reply to this review: You have asked how to contact me. But I have been in email touch, in phone touch and in “secure message” touch for two months trying to resolve the latest fiasco. I email- you do not reply.
Only 1 of the 2 outside atm machines were functioning. Several times previously I’ve gone to this location to find just 1 machine functioning. Of course, there was a line of people waiting to use the single atm machine
The service desk quickly assisted me in getting multiple tasks completed efficiently that needed three different touchpoints. I appreciated the guidance and ease to accomplish them as I do not normally use lobby services.
This review is not for this branch but for the dispute department. They let people steal your hard earned money. They will ask you to provide all the evidence in the world and still, they will not take your side. Look for a different credit union if you want to be respected as a member.
