Good company overall, nice trucks, cool people, but HORRIBLE customer service they keep asking the same question, don´t understand what im asking…Loomis is better than Brinks, Dunbar, and Garda thats for sure.

Terrible customer service. Two years in a row for an event cash pickup .. they show up to the wrong location regardless of what is written on the contract for the pickup location and after a phone call to clarify and confirm the location pickup. No response to emails when trying to get cash bags prior to the event — and after promising to drop off cash bags .. they never did — twice.
Van 230039 just made a left turn out of a parking lot drove up to the light crossed from the turning lane to the right cut off every car in line including a moving 18-wheeler just to make a right turn instead of waiting like everyone else is. We are all trying to get somewhere.
