As a small business owner, I would definitely avoid this bank. Long story short, I was told by the person in charge of small business loans that I was 100% guaranteed after he had reviewed all of our information. I asked what would happen if he couldn’t get it done and was told there would be zero problems. Well, there was a problem with their lending department due to other loans that were going south and I was told they put a stop on all new loans. They offered zero assistance after dragging me along for 3 months and when I brought this to the attention to the person in charge of the branch, they said they wanted to help and then never reached back out or returned my calls.
I don’t leave negative reviews often at all but I don’t want to see another small business get put in a bind by them the way that I was. Fortunately I got it figured out and the business lived to tell the tale but I’d hate to see someone else go through the same or similar issues that stem from dishonesty, lack of empathy and overpromising. Don’t be fooled by the pretty building and salesmanship like I was.
