I am a customer and they have great service.
Terrible experience. I was waiting in the lobby waiting to speak to a banker for over an hour. They kept taking people that came in after me. I finally got up and went over to one of them and was told it was now too late on the day to open an account. They were very unhelpful and very rude. The manager was walking around chopping it up with the tellers without being willing to help anyone. I’ll take my business elsewhere
The bankers at this location are particularly unhelpful.
