Great customer service. Adriana Did a great job helping me yesterday I had 3 matters to take care of and she took care of them very well. Efficiently and explained things very well.
Really didn’t think I’d ever write a review for a bank. But the bad reviews on here had me so concerned as I drove over there if I was even going to get in, and if I did, would they give me the cashier’s check I needed.
Went on a Friday at about 10am. There were four or five staff available. The teller I worked with to get my cashiers check was super nice, even when I made a mistake on who it should be made out to.
The manager validating the check was also super nice, they were all chatting with me casually and were working fast but did everything correctly.
Just felt like my experience was worth mentioning in the hopes that they’ve made some changes based on the feedback here.
Terrible customer service! I had an account with WF for 10 years and I never had a problem till I was attended by Adriana, racist and rude.
Terrible experience. Staff needs more training. Branch is pretty but needs more staff. They made us schedule an appointment to open account two weeks later we showed up and the lady was nitpicking our forms. There was nothing wrong with the forms. We drove across town to a competing bank and they completed the opening of the account no problem. Bye Wells Fargo 👋
