I recently visited Bank of America and had the pleasure of being assisted by Sienna Mata for my credit card and checking issue. Her service was outstanding—she was incredibly patient and attentive to all my questions, resolving every concern I had. Her professionalism made me feel very reassured. Poor customer service. Please avoid Bank of America altogether. The ATM rarely works at most locations and they do not provide safe or convenient banking. Their online banking app is a joke so please be advised. It also oddly seems that if you do have issues, Bank of America would like their customers to reach out to their social media team…? Very discouraging.
This location is open during business hours. I was able to go in and speak with a teller to resolve a personal matter across multiple accounts. She was both professional and quick. Thanks!
