Update: More context huh. I should have known when the lady was stuttering over the phone saying I was approved that my rates and loan amount were going to change. I was lied to plain in simple. I went with Best egg. They gave me what was promised, lowered my interest rate (5% lower than what you guys were offering), consolidated all of my loans all over the phone. I’m sticking with my review because I specifically asked if anything was going to change before I went up there over the phone but when I got there everything did. (Loan amount decreased and interest rate went up) This is not how your supposed to treat your customers smh.
My experience with OneMain is always pleasant, and Jocelyn treated me like a person with her great customer service skills during the process.

Super fast and easy! Received my funds in less than an hour after signing final paperwork (using debit card for quicker transfer of/access to funds!). With the amount I was approved for, I was able to consolidate my loan and car payment, paid off all my credit card debt AND still had a good amount for the holidays! Excellent job OneMain 👍👍👍
