Busy branch but the team doing as best as they can, not sure why the weekend work was not continued .
I have never seen any employee like this Wells fargo branch has. I was there by today at 3pm and I wanted to fax the bank statement to wells fargo Credit. Their reply was hilarious.

I’ve been trying to open an estate account for weeks and, after a not-so-great experience at another Wells Fargo location, I decided to try a different branch. I’m so glad I did because Christopher Stern at this location was incredibly kind and helpful.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Christopher was honest and humble, admitting that while he hadn’t set up an estate account at Wells Fargo before, he had done so at past banks. I really appreciated that honesty and his commitment to making sure everything was done correctly. He assured me that we’d get it done and that he’d ask questions if needed, which made me feel confident and at ease.
My appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes, but Christopher efficiently got everything done within an hour. I walked out with the account opened and the check deposited, feeling relieved and thankful. The branch manager, Jessica, also stopped by to offer her condolences and was very helpful when Christopher had a couple of questions.
The entire team at this location provided a 10/10 experience. I’m incredibly grateful for Christopher’s help throughout this process. He made sure all my questions were answered, and I understood everything I was signing. Thank you so much to everyone who made this difficult process a little bit easier.
They have bad reviews for a reason. They are racist. They wouldn’t let me take money out my own account.
Worst service ever waited 2 hours and ain’t get seen they literally dragging time til the get off they need new employees
