Let me start by saying that this store is incredibly fortunate to have Jen on their team. Jen spent over three hours today assisting me with everything I needed, showing an exceptional level of patience and professionalism. She made sure everything was handled in the best way possible. What stood out most was her selflessness—despite sending everyone else in the store to lunch, she stayed to make sure things got done, displaying the type of leadership more stores need. I may not know her official title, but as a leader myself, I can tell that Jen is magnificent.
During the time I was there, I also witnessed someone come in and make a rude comment toward Jen. Even though she was in the middle of helping me, and it clearly affected her, she chose to smile and move on. Jen, if you’re reading this, I want you to know that you are magnificent. Please don’t let anyone take that smile away from you—you’re a wonderful, amazing person, and I’m so happy to have met you.
Cassie was equally impressive. When she arrived, she jumped right in, ensuring that everything was organized and even reminded me to take pictures for my records. Thanks to her, all my documents and processes were in perfect order.
I cannot express enough appreciation for both Jen and Cassie. Their dedication and attention to detail are remarkable, and I hope the owner of the store knows what an incredible team they have.
Absolutely fantastic survice! 10/10 would come again. Joseph gave us fantastic customer support and got me a great deal on a laptop after he fixed it for me.
Went in today, which happened to be Mother’s Day and had the pleasure of meeting Jen. She is a sweetheart. We purchased a weed trimmer and she explained their policy and warranties. We will definitely be back!
Don’t waste your time here. The two women working here were extremely rude. The one initially testing my gold at the counter couldn’t even answer any of my questions and kept calling the other woman over to answer for her. They gave me an extremely low offer for scrap price on gold and when I brought up the current price of gold I was immediately met with an argumentative attitude. They then kept cutting me off when I tried to speak and told me to leave. I understand a profit must be made but the people working here should at least be educated in their field. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience, they just want to argue.
Dishonest thieves! I went in to find a microwave. Only had one, but it wasn’t on display. It was taped up in the original box. I couldn’t test it out, for that reason. But , I was told the reason for that is because it was practically brand new. I buy it and AS I’M LEAVING, I’m strenuously reminded “no refund”. I got home, 10 minutes later. I open the box to find the inside of the microwave DIRTY. I wiped it down, inside and out. Plug it in, press 30 seconds, it runs for FOUR SECONDS and shuts down. I unplugged it, 3/4 times, switch outlets, NOTHING. I call back and ask if I can exchange it for one that WORKS and I’m told, “no refund or exchange”. I try to reason with the “person”, only to be told, repeatedly, NO. I ask for their corporate number and she tells me, she has no idea of the number or how to reach them. Basically, I reach out to BBB, same day. The next day, corporate calls ME and corrections were made. Basically, don’t waste your money dealing with this EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, scheisty store.
