I went to open up an account and the process was smooth and seamless. Raul Razuri was professional, efficient, but most of all personable. I knew it would take some time to open up a new account but the way he handled the process time fly by. A1 customer service and would highly recommend him to anyone to in the future!
If I could give this bank a -10 then, I would. I went there with a payroll check from a well know New York academic institution drawn on funds from Chase Bank. The bank refused to cash it, or guarantee funds be cleared to me it I deposited and opened an account with them. Two people of color before me were also turned away. I should have know this bank does not care about people of color and, or those who are not wealthy. I ended up depositing the payroll check in my own bank and waiting 3 days for the funds to clear shame on you Chase Bank
This was my first time ever going into this branch. I’m a business owner with a business account with Chase, and I came in to inquire about opening another business account. After coming in, receiving no greeting or acknowledgement, then waiting for 15 minutes and never speaking to anyone, I left. Needless to say, there won’t be a second time. Now I see why the parking lot was so empty.
Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating I can give. Not 1 person in the place, and all of the employees are sitting around but no one has time to help me today. Would I like to schedule? They shouldn’t even have humans in these branches, because they clearly can’t help people with banking needs.
Walked in. Cube marked branch manager greeted me. Wanted to open an account. Employee said the ‘banker’ is at lunch and they could schedule me an appointment. Nobody else was in the branch. Why would I wait or come back.
